Great Control Paddle

The Luxx Control Air Epic has a great feel and touch on the ball. It still has enough "pop" when a ball needs to be put away. My only dislike was the White grip wrap, regrouped mine with my favorite Prolite ribbed grip wrap.

To start I’ve had no issues with purchasing paddles from The Picklr Shop. Great communication and excellent customer service. You can chat, text or email for communication. My only minor complaint is they shipped my latest paddle purchase via USPS (who I feel is not dependable).
I’ve tried several paddles since starting to play. I was looking for something that had better control. The Selgard Luxx Epic is perfect for that. It has excellent control and good spin. It feels soft but not mushy. I did have to add 2 grams of weight to get a little more pop at the kitchen line on punch shots.
So here’s the drawbacks IMO: The paddle is pricey but I did get 10% off from The Picklr Shop during a sale which helped with that.
The paddle seems to chip rather easy. Which is a complaint of players I’ve talked to. I put edge guard tape on mine but still have a very small chip just below the tape. (Does not affect play)
All in all, I love the paddle. It’s a great addition to my bag.

LUXX EPIC PERFORMS

I've been playing with the SLK Halo Max for about a year now. Upgraded to the Luxx Epic based on its rating and have been using it for several weeks. It's everything I was expecting. A little more spin and control than my Halo. It's a good fit for my game.

Shipped in a bag, arrived damaged

Paddle seemed nice, but because it was shipped in a bag it arrived missing a chunk. Asked to be sent a replacement but Picklr shop said no and refunded me. So I bought from somewhere else. Ok experience I guess but honestly hoped for better so took my money elsewhere
