Returns

If for any reason, within 30 days from date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your order we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the return shipment.

You may return any item (as defined below) purchased on thepicklrshop.com in accordance with the terms below:

  • A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of the date of delivery. You must contact us via chat, phone, or at support@thepicklrshop.com to request a return.
  • You will be issued a return authorization number that must be included along with your returned item.
  • You must ship the item to the address provided within 7 days of receipt of your RMA.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage of the returned item(s) while in transit back to thepicklrshop.com.
  • If you return an item to The Picklr Shop (a) without a return authorization form or (b) without all packaging, parts, and accessories originally included with your purchase or the item is in used condition, The Picklr Shop retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
  • If the return is refused the buyer will have the option to pay for return shipping of their item.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • All our items are inspected twice before shipping to ensure that they are without defects
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less the cost of the restocking fee (if applicable).


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Many refunds take 3-7 business days to show up in your account
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via chat, phone, or at support@thepicklrshop.com



Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thepicklrshop.com and we will provide you further instructions on where to return your item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Orders returned without first contacting The Picklr Shop will not be accepted. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible if your return is lost in the mail.
