Shipping FAQ

All orders are processed as fast as possible. We usually ship out orders the same day if the order is placed before 3PM MST.

You will then receive notification of shipment with tracking information via email or text.

All orders are shipped from our Utah warehouse and should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.

*Shipping times could be longer during holidays or due to unforeseen delays

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. If you need to

cancel your order for any reason Please reach out via chat, phone, or send us an email at support@thepicklrshop.com

Once your order enters processing, it will no longer be eligible to cancel. 

You can track your order once it has been shipped either through the link in your

confirmation email or by logging into your account. 

All orders are shipped out of our Utah, USA warehouse

First, Check the Tracking to see if your order has been delivered, or if the delivery company has

left any notes. We also recommend checking all doors/ garages around your residence.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. The Picklr Shop cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to reship to the correct address.
