CRBN² Pickleball Paddle (Square Paddle) USAP Approved
Every Crbn² Paddle comes with a FREE Neoprene Paddle Cover ($20 Value).
The Crbn² Pickleball Paddle features the same T700 carbon fiber face as the Crbn¹ with a honeycomb polypropylene core. Carbon fiber is the optimal choice of material for paddles. Not only does it produce insane amounts of spin, but it also provides a massive sweet spot and consistency through industry-leading compression rates, with the perfect balance of power and control.
The Crbn² weighs an average of 7.8-8.1 ounces to give you the stability you need at the net for blocking and returning hard-hit balls. The Crbn² has a shorter handle, and the face is shorter and wider than the Crbn¹, thus extending the sweet spot out wider, rather than longer as in the model 1.
Available in a 13mm core for those who love power, a 14mm core for those who love a balanced feel, or 16mm core for softer feel around the net.
CRBN² Specs:
- Length: 15.75"
- Width: 8"
- Core Thickness: 13mm/14mm/16mm
- Handle length: 4.75”
- Handle grip circumference: 4.25"
- Weight: 7.8-8.1 oz
I've played for about a year now and have taken many lessons. Early on I bought an expensive paddle with excellent reviews. But I was getting frustrated with consistency and accuracy and took a chance getting this paddle because it promised control and accuracy over power. I've had it for less than 2 weeks and it has totally changed my game. I feel like the king of drop shots now - they're so easy and intuitive - the paddle feels like an extension of my hand. The spin created makes aggressive speed-ups that stay in-bounds so much easier. Off center hits don't twist the paddle like before. Lacks the absolute power of my other paddle, but this works to my advantage because I don't hit as many shots long and now focus on accuracy and finesse which ultimately wins more points.
Great, I modified my order and requested a CRBN 2 instead of a 1, coming traditionally from the square shape and not the enlongated shape. No issues from customer service with altering the order midway.
I have been loving my CRBN2 13mm. It’s got great power and drive. I was a little weary that I would sacrifice some finesse at the net, since I came from a 14mm, but nope. I don’t feel that my soft game has been compromised at all. Love this paddle, highly recommend and will be ordering another soon as my backup.
Only have used it once so far but seems to be very nice.
CRBN²
I played with another well known expensive Control Paddle for the last two years, but it seemed to have lost some of its power. After doing a lot of research and changing my mind several times, I decided to try this one.
I ordered this one in the 16mm and put it to work the same day it came. I almost immediately had the touch to do my normal drops and *****. I had good control right away. I was able to easily put away the first pop up I got with a lot of steam.
After playing with it a second day, I found I was able to push dink more aggressively and I started to getting more spin on drives making them harder for my opponents to handle. I also was getting more side kick on my serves. It is very light at the kitchen line and is solid for blocking drives and slicing returns when someone leaves the ball up slightly.
This is a really strong control paddle, really good spin, and plenty of pop to get the job done. This is my knew go to paddle.
